What if a generation fails?
Retry, refunded balance, support.

- Network and page refresh.
- Simplify topic / options.
- Check upload format (for PDF AI and media).
- In History, status may show failed / refunded.
Balance
Some technical failures auto-refund balance — you’ll see a refunded state. Successful completed work is usually not refunded.
